Electric person
Workshop description
Topic: Electrical engineering and automation
In the workshop, we will familiarize ourselves through practical demonstrations with the measurement of electrical signals generated by the heart and muscle activity, sensations produced with electrical currents, and how these phenomena can be modeled using computer simulations.
The function of heart and muscles generates electrical signals that can be measured and used to evaluate the state of a person's health. It is also possible to use electrical currents to affect the function of the nervous system, which in turn can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders.
