Light up your life with touch
Workshop description
Topic: Basic coding for Arduino
Attendees will work in small groups to learn the basics of how to code for Arduino to control touch-responsive lights.
You will be learning how to make your own touch sensor using copper tape, how to connect it with the microcontroller and how to use the sensor readings to control outputs like an LED strip. The changing contact with the sensor can vary the colour, brightness and sequence of the lit-up LED’s. You will have a chance to play with the code and experiment with fun ways to add light to their life!
