Study fair 

Participants have the opportunity to meet students from different university engineering disciplines, their guilds and various student associations. Our students are characterised by a rich and diverse student culture, which is presented through a stage programme organised by student associations. Dinner will also be served during the fair.

When the event ends, f you left your suitacase at the event's storage facility, be sure to pick it up before you leave. Participants staying overnight after the event will be escorted by our event team from the fair to their hotel via the storage facility.

LUT uni

Study fair and guilds rooms tours

Participants have the opportunity to meet students from different tech faculties, their guilds and various student associations. Our student  are characterised by a rich and diverse student culture, which will be showcased through a stage programme organised by student unions. The event partners a number of companies whose aim is to show that young women have more than enough knowledge and skills to study and work in the sector. Technology is the industry of the future and the job market is already competing for skilled women. 

In addition, LUT offers the chance to the event participants to visit the guilds rooms during guided tours. Check out LUT guilds here.

A dinner will also be served during the fair.

Get inspired by science

The University of Turku is a multidisciplinary university with eight faculties ranging from medicine to economics and law. In our multidisciplinary university you’ ll have excellent opportunities to tailor your degree based on your own interests. The Faculty of Technology is university’s newest and fastest growing faculty. The Faculty of Technology has around 3000 degree students, over 550 dedicated professors, teachers and other staff members. Our teaching covers eight different technical and engineering fields. Our campuses are close to the beautiful Aura river and the Turku city centre.

Technology is, above all, about applying the knowledge produced by scientific research to the benefit of people, businesses and society. At the Faculty of Technology, emphasis is put on using the research knowledge as a basis for solving complex problems of today and of tomorrow.
